Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping for all orders within India. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are ₹40 for orders below ₹499. Free shipping for orders over ₹499. Shipping is calculated based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. Customers can view the shipping costs for their order at checkout before completing the purchase.

3. Processing Time:

Orders typically takes 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

4. Delivery Time:

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and the destination. Estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

5. Packaging and Handling:

We take utmost care in packaging and handling your perfume products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Fragile items are securely wrapped to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments:

In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please reach out to our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

7. Holidays and Weekends:

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may also be affected by public holidays and carrier-specific holiday schedules.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by the Customer 

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be canceled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Infinity beauty and accepts Infinity beauty's decision regarding the cancellation.
